Dr. Ring is the president of North Broward Radiologists, P.A. located in Fort Lauderdale. He completed a Fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School and completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at National Naval Medical Center/ National Capital Consortium. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from University of Miami. His military history includes serving as a General Radiologist/Lieutenant Commander, Medical Corps, Naval Hospital Jacksonville; a Flight Surgeon/Medical Division Officer for Second Marine Airwing. His certifications include American Board of Radiology, Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology 1999 and American Board of Radiology, Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular & Interventional Radiology, 2002.
He is a member of several professional societies, including Society of Interventional Radiology, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society and American Medical Association. Honors include Chief Resident, National Naval Medical Center, Department of Radiology, 1998-1999, Resident of the Year, 1998-1999, Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal, 1995, Richard E. Leuhers Flight Surgeon of the Year for MWSG 27 and MWSS 274, 1994, Health Professions Scholarship Program, 1987-1991, University of Miami Honors Program, Mensa, Lifetime Member 2005 and Sons of the American Revolution 2009.
